When you submit the form on this site, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, property address and zip code, and your answers to the survey questions. We also automatically collect your IP address and browser/device information.
We use your information to match you with one exclusive local service provider in your area and share your request with them so they can contact you about your project. We also use it to follow up with you by SMS, email, or phone about your request, and for internal record-keeping and fraud/duplicate-detection purposes.
We share your information with the single service-provider business matched to your zip code — it is never sold or shared with multiple competing companies. We also share it with the service providers who help us operate this site and process leads: Airtable (database), Twilio (SMS), Mailgun (email), and n8n (workflow automation). We do not sell your information to data brokers.
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, and as required by law.
